Refund & Returns

Returns for UK, Jersey, and USA Customers
If you're in the UK, Jersey, or the USA, please follow the instructions below for returning items.

General Return Policy
You have 14 days from the date you received your item to return it. Unfortunately, if it has been more than 14 days, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. Also, we'll need a receipt or invoice number.

Exceptions for Partial Refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted. This applies to items not in their original condition, damaged goods, or items missing parts for reasons not due to our mistake. Additionally, returns made more than 14 days after delivery may only be eligible for a partial refund.

Refund and Exchanges Process
1. Send an email to customerservices@cosmicduck.co.uk letting us know that you want to return or Exchanges your item.

 2. Once we receive and inspect your return or exchanges, we'll send you an email confirming its arrival.

3. We'll then notify you if your refund or exchanges is approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed in the same day and the credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specific timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund, check your bank account first. Then, contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If the issue persists, contact your bank. If all else fails, reach out to us at customersevices@cosmicduck.co.uk.

Sale Items
Regular priced items are eligible for refunds, but unfortunately, sale and warehouse deals items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at customersevices@cosmicduck.co.uk, and mail your item to the provided address in the email we will send you.

Shipping
To return a product, mail it to the provided address. You're responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted. Depending on your location, the time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For valuable items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
